The Challenge

With the merger of Land Transport NZ and Transit NZ, there was a whole new organisation with completely new branding.  allfields were awarded the work to provide a complete template toolkit what worked with both the designers requirements (Clemenger BBDO) and the existing IT Infrastructure (two different document management systems).

What we did

• Developed a Toolbar for Microsoft Word containing all the key templates. Later upgraded to a ribbon for Office 2010.
• Implemented a smart Microsoft Outlook Signature across the whole organisation.
• EDRMS Integration to update metadata and document ID’s.

Outcome

allfields have maintained a great relationship with NZTA and in 2014 there was a brand refresh along with an upgrade to Windows 7/Office 10.  allfields assisted in upgrading the toolbar to a ribbon and refreshed the look of several templates.
